change part with double clik

are a few days that I no longer hesitate to change a part, both in the environment part and in the environment together, making double clik on it, I explain better, I was accustomed that if I made double clik on one part I appeared the main quotas of the sketch and function, so we could midifia the extrusion or sketch without getting into change, now this does not work, I have to do double clik.

Does anyone know if there is any option to be sunken or removed? I've been trying to find but I haven't found anything, I haven't touched them for years, and from day to day, this thing has disappeared.
