change progress/work speed

Bye to all,
I made a roughing with powermill. the problem that I have encountered on machine board and related to moving quickly and in working. In particular, as you can see from the photo, not always the tool in the movements moves fast (lined in red) and these movements slow down the processing, in fact from the simulation with powermill it takes about an hour while with the simulation on board machine for the same processing takes over two hours.

Is there a way to change the speeds of progress? in practice how can I "transform" the red-handed movements in purple (rapid) movements?

I tried to change the junction table, in particular I inserted in all the junctions the shaving parameter but despite that the paths covered in red are not modified.

I hope I've been clear enough

stop everything

Red equal quick (g0)
Local fast purple(g1 with declared f) can be set by changing parameter "shaving speed"

Is it clear now?

thanks bulinorotto for your answer but unfortunately it is still not clear to me.

I in the speed section insert my parameters i.e., rotation speed, sinking progress and rapid.
the problem is that the stretch in red treated unfortunately on the machine assumes the value of the speed of advancement and not the speed of the rapid. Therefore the shift is very slow and increase the working time.
while purple strokes take the speed value as quickly as I set.

that you know you can somehow change the value assumed by the rapid (g0) that in the photo is dotted with red?

I hope I've been clear enough
