change walls and interior reliefs

Good evening,

I'm developing the project of my new home. I'm my first client.

Since I was alone to make the relief, I took only the perimeter distances, and obviously in some points the convergence of the masonry is not perfect, so I said "porca paletta now it touches me to do it again".

but then I saw an interesting command called "internal relief" in my Italian version of vector 2009... that says something like "given a polygon test the diagonals and I'll put it to you." the point is

1) Why can't I put it in place for diagonals? As soon as I give him the first point he makes me a "dot" of disapproval, among other things without well explaining to me why he vole

2) Can I change only polygons or directly a system of walls?

3) already that there are, it is possible to merge walls and components with only one command or every time I have to do first "join walls" and then "join components"?

I don't know this. I of the Italian version have only seen demos and unfortunately this useful function is not included in the international.

for internal relief you can use two methods:

1a) you already have a polygon, which you imported from other cad or that you drew directly into vw. In this case activate the second icon in the way bar and click the range: you will be asked if you want to convert it to a relief.

You don't have a polygon. in this case activate the first icon in the way bar and start tracking the sides of the room. you will have to limit yourself to direction and measure, but you do not care about the angles of the sides (which you will arrange with the diagonal method).

2) with the second icon in the mode bar draws the diagonals between the vertices of the polygon and impose their lengths. As you define diagonal measurements, the polygon is updated.

3) when you have plotted all diagonals, inserting on the surface a complete set of triangles, you will be warned that the work is finished. if you have proceeded correctly, the relief is perfectly equal to the fact state.

4) you can use the polygon created to create a network of walls, using the command "create walls".
