change ws cat very slow

Good morning.
we have changed the ws. have installed ws hp z620:
win7 64 bit with processor intel(r) xeon cpu es-2650 @ 2.60 ghz with 32gb of ram and board viudeo nvidia k4000.
we use catia v5r21.
we find many difficulties in rotation also of individual pieces (not to mention large assemblies). harvests are very slow in their generation.
changing from one side to one side via windows triggers the classìdra to windows.
We have asked the internal ns ict but we have not solved the problems.
Did someone have the same issues?
Should we set some parameters in the video card? or in the cat?

have you set the settings of the video card with the optimizations for cat?
have the catsetting been recreated for r21 opppure have you repressed those of the previous version?

Thanks for the answer.
Catsetting remained the old ones, we just changed the ws. the catia remained unchanged. Catia v5 r21.
the settings of the video card I modified them so:
Manage 3d settings: on the program settings panel-->dassault systemes catia live
general taxation: 3d app -visual simulation.

how should the cat setting be set? what we have to do.
