with the European law 2014 n. 115 of 29 July 2015 (art. 16) an amendment introduced by the so-called "decree of doing" (decree-law 21/06/2013, n. 69 containing "impressive provisions for the relaunch of the economy" converted with modifications from the law 9/08/2013, n. 98) in relation to the minimum safety and health requirements to be implemented in temporary or mobile yards and field of application.
