... when revising the tanks I change some parameters and therefore I have to recode other quotas, there is a method (in solidworks) that changing a single parameter changes everything else automatically? seen the complex as there are numerous mouths, davit, reinforcements, slender, skirts, l.lug, etc.

I as the first approach to the parametric would do so:
open the part you want to fly with excel and then enter/table/datatable... then choose automatic creation.

sw generates an excel table with the parameters you can fly: This way you see the syntax to use and understand what you can handle.

then of course you can create your own excel files where you can directly perform the tank size calculations and then pilot the solid model. in this case instead of choosing "machine creation" in the menu of the data table you will indicate as source the excel file you created. . .
