chassis generator inventor 2018 ver.5 error

I have windows 10 , on another pc with the same settings but version 3 does not have this problem.
any type of profile that is standard or customized does not work.

[WARNING] chassis generator: errors occurred during the insertion of the member/frame.
[WARNING] insertion of the unsuccessful member/frame
[ERROR] impossible to create a member frame. impossible to locate the model file for iso 1035/1 - 1980 - hot rolled steel bars - part 1: circular bars in the library of the contained center.

Do you know how to downgrade version 3?
If you have any other ideas?

it happened several versions ago... before using the chassis generator, it was enough to insert a profile directly from the content center into the assembly, then the generator worked correctly. I don't know how it is now, but trying doesn't hurt. .

thanks zac69 , I could not insert the frames even from the contained center, I found the solution is fault of the last update of windows 10 version 1903 once removed has resumed to function correctly inventor . I will signal the thing to autodesk
