choice between tebis and hypermill

we are considering buying a new cam license at the moment the offers I received are for tebis and hypermill.
the machines that we have are 3 axis working centers plus the 4th axis "pallet" of rotation not continuously.
What system do you think I should move on?

If you work with operator that controls, for example to make molds, a type of cam can be fine, if you work with unmanned machine, another type of cam is better.
