Bye to all,
we are considering buying a new cam license at the moment the offers I received are for tebis and hypermill.
the machines that we have are 3 axis working centers plus the 4th axis "pallet" of rotation not continuously.
What system do you think I should move on?

Hi.
I am not a specialist cam but could also depend on what your customers provide you

depends on what kind of work you do.
If you work with operator that controls, for example to make molds, a type of cam can be fine, if you work with unmanned machine, another type of cam is better.
I have seen at the work tebis and I can tell you that it is a great cam, it must be set correctly drawing all the geometry of the machine and then you work also with car not guarded in tranquility.
but has a considerable cost, is it justified for the type of work you do? That's all you can say.
hypermill I don't know him so I can't express judgments.

we use the cam to make pieces of production, pieces in series.
we do not make molds and/or prototypes.

I don't know exactly tebis prices but I could tell you that hypermill cost is lower.
