circular matrix in faces

Hi.

I am approaching solid edge in v20 version and with the experience of pro engineer I can not make series of radial holes (circular matrix) and also sketch holes without passing from the cutting command.

are basic commands but alone I couldn't.

Actually, I forgot to say that these attempts I made them with a solid edge manual of v17 under my hand thinking that it could solve my problems, but it wasn't like that.
Can you tell me if you know where I find a link to the exercise you were talking about?
