Hello, everyone.
I have a tub shaped in sheet metal environment and I would like to close the corners so that one controls on the other. practically overlap the thickness measurement.
I don't find a command that does this in I create 2
Is there a solution?

Hi.
depends on how you shaped the piece, if the edges are obtained with a flange feature, go to spigol treatment and choose overlaps.
if you started from a solid when you make the conversion into sheet metal, in edge laceration also you can choose them overlaps.

If you have done the 4 folds individually you lose all the automatisms that regulate the edges, can't you make a flange that includes the 4 sides?
otherwise you have to stretch or shorten the individual sides manually, it is not the best system.

I used solidworks for 10 years and I know it very well, I used inventor for a few months and solid edge for a couple of years.
I have to say that I create and quite back as a sheet modeling.
Obviously not knowing it well I find some difficulties, but certain functions just there are...

for me is the best modeler for existing sheet metal on the market ... think a little.
at least you could post the file saying what you want to get...
