Hello everyone,
I participate in the insider program of windows and therefore, on my pc, is installed a version of windows not yet distributed commercially.
with this windows, installed yesterday, I have a big problem with the command > pan < of autocad, as soon as I try to use this, and only this command, windows 10 crashes, crashes in an irrecoverable way.
all other commands, including zoom forward. Back, back, back, they work very well.
Does anyone have an insight about the possible cause of this problem?
Thank you.
p.s. I have already asked microsoft about it without solving the problem. -

hello, unfortunately for your case that you have alpha/beta products you should compare directly with autodesk and microsoft.
similar situations with commands are not me but the captains. I also had problems with an update of windows (on 1809, which then was withdrawn also for other problems) that did not make me leave autocad anymore. I know that even one of the latest builds has created problems with icloud.

Thank you.
it is not so simple to compare with autodesk or microsoft.
I say that because I have already done it with a huge effort, the previous build worked egregiously and I think I will choose to return.
It is a decision that I will take with regret because the concept of insider is less, if my contribution to the program is limited to making caviar without receiving adequate assistance in cases like this, it is better to go out, I repeat with regret, from the program of experimentation!

I fully agree. I do not understand this reasoning: do everything to limit official beta-testers to contain costs giving the possibility to external users (insider covers) in this case to test their products and then even give the opportunity of a preferential way to support for the development of their product. Bah...
and ́ obvious that then come out final products that risk having to be withdrawn for bugs, crashes and various problems.
