how do I proceed to open a .dwf file, if I only have autocad 2013 installed?

I think you need to install autodesk design review

as I know, but I might be wrong, dwf is a content distribution format, conceptually similar to pdf.
open it with trueview or design review free of charge from autodesk. it is not expected that it can be modified, if then there are some hacks I do not know.design_web_format

I wrote on the command line, _dwfattach opens the screen to open files, but below in the curtain there are only these extensions: dwg, dws, dxf, dwt, and not .dwf?

I tried to install design review but a notice of internet connection error comes out, to me internet works very well

with that command opens the screen select reference file that has only the dwf or dwfx extension as from imageView attachment 40249
