command "_amnote" in 2012

in mechanical 2012 the command "_amnote" does not scale the director as it should... in practice applies only the general scale of the design but not the scale area in which it is drawn. . .
I couldn't solve it. . Any suggestions?

It seems curious that of a buggone like this there is nothing going on... So I doubt it's my fault.
In the meantime, I sent a request for help to autodesk... We'll see what they say to me. . .

I received the answer from the support. . .
"problem known and solved in the next version.
the workaround is to scale the amnotes with amrescale. "I wish to refer to the first service pack and not to 2013...
strange not enough a simple hotfix...
