command for sheet - forming instrument

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum.

I work with solid works and I need a hand because I don't remember a command.
I'm supposed to make some loopholes in a sheet cover: I remember that I must use "project library/forming tools/louvers", but when I drag it inside asks me if I want to create a derivative part: click yes (otherwise opens the louvers as a part) and place it (as I would with a part inserted with the command insert part). I don't know how to move on anymore. if I do the command "forming instrument" and select the plans tells me that it is not a command for multiple bodies.
What do I do? Can anyone help me?

What version do you use? I with 2010 do not have any problem also on multibody sheet function and it is all-regular.
Maybe I didn't understand the question?

use sw 2009 sp. 5.0
But I still did, but I don't remember. but once you translate, you automatically generate?
Thank you.
