I can't find the "select chain" command, what I need when clicking a sketch entity auto select the perimeter

Yes. Usually it is so

Maybe it is disabled in the context menu.... to check click the dx button, extend the menu with the darts below and choose to customize. Check it out. I await your feedback... .
