I wondered if any of you had found a way to fly a comparative view (I mean the classic model with yellow and red colors for demolition and construction)

Hi.
the simplest system is to create two categories, one for demolitions and one for buildings where they move or duplicate (better this in case in the design there were different sheets) the elements that need to take the yellow and red colors. these categories you can turn them off in viewports where they do not need and turn on in the comparison table.

I think I have understood more or less what you mean, I am trying to enter the drawing mode directly in 3d after about two years that I used the walls "vectorworks 3d " but all the text was unorganized; from the categories to the glosses... Let's say I drew in a nasty 2d/3d hybrid.

Given your knowledge and kindness I take advantage of it and I ask you another problem that has been breaking my head for two days: the creation of a personal cartilage with the boards (the manual to parer mio explains this topic badly )

in my work I use custom carts depending on the assignment.
It is usually a symbol with various editable fields linked to records. so it is possible to change the title of the table, the scale, etc., directly from the tip of the info.
explaining records and tabs is not simple, it should be done in front of the program.
we say that, once you have created a record with all the fields you need (n° table, scale, type of processing, date delivery, etc.), you have the possibility, editing the symbol of the cartiglio, to connect the texts that represent such fields to the record itself.
I do not think I have clarified your doubts but, as I wrote above, it is a simple thing, but not to verbally explain without a practical example.
