comparison between two or more parts

Hi.
how it is possible to make a comparative verification between two or more 3d models
I usually overlap the two models and I go to check (manually... in sight) if there are macro differences, logically it is possible that mere differences escape the eye of the human.
Is there an automatic way to do this verification?

I had already tried this function but:
the comparison part ...for feature I think it serves to verify the difference between two versions of the same part. . .
while comparison ...for geometry (maybe I don't use it as you must) but I don't find the differences between the two parts
Besides I wanted to tell you, if it can help you for a further advice, that the parts are almost equal but one is a file originated from wf4.0 and the other is a file exported to iges and imported into wf4
