hello to all, I recommend the book: "autodesk revit building - full guide" of anal and degenerated daniele, published by the apogee! !
also has a cd-rom with all the support files needed for the exercise!
It's done very well, you start from the blank sheet and you get to the render!
to me it is served to start, the only drawback is that in the bookstores is no longer found, it had to go out the reprint for the 2010 version but after 10 libraries put subsopra I realized that it was better to try in the library, where fortunately I have raised a copy!
