Good morning.
I have a question to ask you about the displacement of a sheet.
how do I calculate the development of the attached sheet metal. considered thickness 4, fe360 material.
sw gives me the possibility to set the k, and how do I calculate the best k to set?

Thank you in advance.

thanks for the link.

I would also have a further problem, ie: if I run side holes on that sheet metal and using as k 0.5 the development is corrected, obviously in the dxf the holes are oval but when I produce the details physically in the phase of displacement the holes drop by half a millimeter compared to the required diameter.
Is it normal and so you just have to give more tolerance or can you make a more precise calculation? Thank you.

If possible, it would be great to make holes after the displacement, if you want them precise....

I know, however, that being a series of production to have contained costs are done directly to laser. therefore the only way is to give greater tolerances.
