comsol 4 - scambio thermal tra corpo and fluid

Hello someone have the chance to help me with some tutorials or anything?
I have to model a thermal exchange between a copro with a channel and a fluid, preferable water, and I am new to the software.
on the plate I have some areas where I have some cans to be disposed of.. and I would like to know at the end the temperature of the liquid at the exit of the body.
