concentrated force: ideas?

hi forums,
I should simulate a bending test on a rectangular section test 24cm long, with a concentrated load at 18cm.
After creating the audition, assigned the material and created the mesh (defined also the constraints) I do not find an appropriate command for the load (the ones available only allow me to apply pressure/load/moments in a distributed way across the surface).
Does anyone have any ideas?

at the point where you want the concentrated load create a small diameter and depth pocket 0.01 mm, then apply your load to the small surface as distributed load
