connect variable from excel sheet to solidworks

hello to all I am new to this forum and I start by complimenting everyone for all this.my problem, which I go to expose you, concerns the link between variables in a worksheet and active quotas in solidworks;as I am making the transition from using solid edge to solid works and with the first you can do this operation I would like to know if and how it is possible to do it also with this.
