Good morning to all,
I would need advice on this workstation https://www.pc-outlet.it/workstation-dell-precision-t5500-six-core.htmlI exploded my PC and I'd like to get back on the road quickly with my shopping.
the machine will be exploited mainly for solidworks and also flanked to a macpro for distributed rendering.
what I'm interested in anyway is that it has no problem with swx and that it can allow me to manage assemblies not very large 10/40 components.

hi ilgioma, the memory is "old" and both ram and vram are a little few. What is the size of the assemblies we are talking about?

for assemblies of 40 pieces also detailed, with gears of a three-axis reducer I would say that it grows of that workstation.
if you take the picture 4000 decolli of graphics. ram technology penultimate but it is a good dose....so in solidworks it only uses it with fem.

hi lucadileta, we are talking about assemblies with minimal complexity.... mainly shower cubicle, taps, bathroom furniture and sometimes some models worked with surfaces but nothing really extreme. . .

ciao Mechanicalmg, as I said above I have no such complex mechanical details, so I understand that it can be a good choice.... especially considering the cost quite affordable. . .
