Hello, guys, I wanted to know if any of you already had rubber on nylon inserts. I have the problem that the rubber comes off the insert. so I would like to know what kind of nylon I should use, and what kind of rubber I should use (premit that we also used the master to 2% (pe) for rubber.The customer asked us to use nylon loaded of at least 15% fiberglass.

I do not have a great experience on this, but on my side
we solved this problem with rubber type onflex.
or a rubber with additive "adhesive".
in the cases I treated personally, better to specify it, it was pbt loaded with rubber.
but I think with the pa6 loaded there are no big differences in this aspect.

I imagine that "mechanical" seals or clings are not possible. . .
