the autonomous region of Aosta valley launches a contest of ideas, open procedure, in anonymous form, articulated in a single degree, for the requalification and restoration with possible change of destination of use of the area called "boutillière" in the municipality of cogne, including the complex called "ex onarmo", the area "villa est e villa Ovest" and the buildings "ex mensa and ex offices".
the competitors must, in their ideas proposals, bring out all the strengths of the proposed solutions, taking into account that the entire area is not classified in zone a and does not fall in the historical center and is subject to a constraint of landscape nature and the possible presence of artefacts with asbestos containing material is not excluded; the free choice of the competitors in order to the destination of use of the properties the design solutions must pursue and propose architectural choices to satisfy the following objectives: restoration and conservation restoration, enhancing the architectural features of the buildings and taking into account that they, having more than 70 years, are subjected to protection under the code of cultural goods.
