Hello everyone,
I am a professional cad for about 2 years and until now I have worked for companies but without any kind of contract, i.e. they pay me how much work.
as I have had quite continuous collaborations for many months or in the future I would like to look for companies with which to collaborate more continuously but without being assumed, of course.
I would like to try to understand how to set up a collaboration agreement to propose. Can someone tell me if there are any fac-similes or give me some suggestions even in the light of the last furnace reform?
thanks to those who can give me some tips or are already in such situations.

the reform of the work in force for a few days has introduced some news regarding the game iva.
are, in fact, considered coordinated and continuous collaborations all those collaborations that meet at least two of the following requirements:

1. collaboration lasts more than eight months over a year’s time span.
2. annual collaborative income is more than 80% of the employee’s income.
3. The employee has a fixed work station at the employer's office.

therefore if at least two of the above conditions occur, the employer must resort to a fixed or indefinite recruitment, directly or through an agency for work.

There is also the possibility of a project contract even if this has been strongly resized by the new reform.

in my opinion p.i. it makes sense only at the level of company or collaborators who cooperate with more companies throughout the year but it is not recommended for all that society that need to have exclusive staff throughout the year.

thanks for the answer davide_r.
I agree with you that and in part with the reform of the furnace that we have to fight the various forms of false games (cleaning facilities, cooperatives, etc.).
and the fact of working only for a comminte would no longer be a problem since I understood from the reform being above a certain figure or if you are a "professionalized" worker, you do not fall within the obligation to recruit... and I am not going to let myself be hired:
but my question was if I wanted to stay as a consultant but if they offer me a collaboration for a year or more why should I not accept it? and then continue later or in the same period to invoice for others too? What kind of contract or writing should I propose in this case? ... or leave to mutual trust?
Thanks again to those who can give me that suggestion.

if collaboration as a consultant lasts more than eight months over a year, it can only be done if one of the other two conditions listed above does not occur, otherwise it falls within coordinated and continuous collaboration.
