conversion of .d files to dxf/dwg

Bye to all,
I have to convert a sea of .d file to dwg/dxf. do you know how to suggest a quick method?
I would not want to open them all and save them by name!!!
installed on the pc ho gbg 9.1.

I had already read that discussion. I downloaded the zip file and follow the editing instructions of the .bat file, but when the launch gives me error 32602, and it does not convert me anything
