conversion program .e2 file in dxf [request]

I introduce myself, I am a cad manager who manages many programs cad. a division of my company still uses some td licenses that will expire shortly. I wanted to know if someone already made an lpg script to convert all .e2 files present in the file system to .dxf. :redface:
other doubt: Once the license expires, will you only be able to view .e2 files or even convert them?

As for conversion, I recommend using a vb script that uses the com part of thinkdesign ..

regarding the license ... depends on the license you have ..

If it's a rental license from the day of expiration, the only things you can do will be displaying files and printing.

if you have permanent licenses then they are yours and the features will remain unaltered

Why don't you buy a license?

If you use thinkdesign not visible and try to open files, you may get out of messages that you do not see....

As for think not visible, it is true, some e2 seek references to other parts and then the converter does not go.
but there are cases where I have e2 files that, even open on the station with regular license, are not saved in dwg. I have to select them, copy them in another file, save and, only then, are manageable (and among other things the size passes from 30mb to a few hundred kb... I don't understand).

the opening or not of the file is not related to the license ..
Now I don't know what version you're working with, but up to a few versions I'm talking about 2007 2008 .. there were many problems with converters, with the new version 20132014 they worked on us and many problems were solved ..

This is... in the sense that a circle in thinkdesign can be converted into a series of breaks in dxf or similar situations, which make the size grow unmistakably. .

There are options to prevent this from happening, you have to look in the rescue settings. .
However in principle (at least from the tests I did last year) all cads except autocad and draftsight increase the size of the dwg.. aligning with what it does td.
