conversion rfa file to step format

I have difficulty converting a .rfa file to .step file (for solidworks)
Can someone help me?

What is a file.rfa? What program does it belong to?
if solidworks does not open the native file can not turn it into step and consequently the conversion would be of appannation of the original program and, consequently, the request should be made in that section.
