conversion visi - one space modeling 2008

Here is a big problem of solving and I need to join your meninges to those of you in the forum:
is there a safe converter to convert 3d files from visi format to pkg format of one space modeling 2008?
It seems that the technical study that is making a project for the firm in which I work uses this cad to me unknown and when they try to send us their project, directly they say that there is no conversion!
Then they tried to give us some steps. but I get solid with face parts, so I can't put on the table and dissect?
Can you help me with conversion?

importing into osd is easy with the steps, a little less with the acis, worse with the iges.

ask those who export to set the step as accurately as possible and enable the surface module in osd before importing.

If you finally have parts face you should be able to "fit" them to have a solid closed.

put some image of the imported model so we "let's have an eye."
