conversions from me10 to dwg

Hello I would need help as if I open in me10 drafting v17 a dwg and then I climb it back to dwgnon it turns well:

the blocks that are color:byblock and line:byblock do not remain on the original dwg.

so also the global scale lines that was on 15 hour is 1.
Even multiline texts, some have before strange characters.

What do I need to touch in the configuration file?

I attach the dwg to convert to me10 and then revert to dwg, I don't know how to set text conversions, I use romans and arial...but in dxfdwg.com there are many variables.
