convert a pdf to dwg and/or dxf

hi, do you know if there is a converitor (also paid) that turns a pdf (in my case a catastral plan) into dwg or dxf? I looked for something on the web, some converter online, but it creates double lines and other issues. Thank you.

I already use this method and it works very well, but in my case I speak of a pdf that does not come from a cad, because it is the classic catastral plan that is discharged from sister. therefore would serve a converter that vectorizes the pdf.

You can't do anything. evidently only the teaming is vector
