convert stl to step

I knew that rhino reads stl and can convert them into step.
Can you do me the favor of trying on this file?

I don't know if that's what you wanted.
to make a decent object you need to waste time. .
already for conversion, it goes away a little..

Meanwhile thank you for your patience and favor.
However, not having experience in this regard, I wanted to check in person how these convectors work without interaction by the user.
the result is not the desired one and as you rightly pointed out, a stl has its purpose. a different use of it, needs man hours.

There are definitely systems to simplify the step, but my opinion is to rebuild.
I normally follow this path.
