coordinated extraction and drill diameters in excel

Bye-bye.
I need to fill out a table with the coordinates and diameters of the holes on pieces.
the extinguished command would be perfect if it wasn't for the fact that you can't set the 0.0 point for the coordinates.
I also tried to marry the unto 0.0 with the command ucs but the laughter does not change
I have seen that there is a mechanical autocad tool, but I have autoicad 2016, it seems strange that you can't do it.
I also saw some macros but do not turn on 2016.

Well, if that's just the problem, move all the design to the point you want as origin to the 0.0 coordinates and get all the correct coordinates, right?

you do not have to move the origin (command ucs), but move objects (command move)
