copy of a family of parts in a reading/writing library

Good morning to all,
work with inventor 2012 on win7.
problem:
I copied a family of parts from the center contained in a custom bookcase in writing/reading.
they place a screw from center.
I also change one iproperties, at the time of saving I have the alarm:

"Impossible to modify the library file m:\ut\disegni\inventor_2012\lib_inv_2012\it-it\uni 5931 stainless steel\uni 5931 - m 22 x 100 - 2,5 - 56 - stainless steel.ipt.
the component m:\ut\disegni\inventor_2012\lib_inv_2012\it-it\uni 5931 stainless steel\uni 5931 - m 22 x 100 - 2,5 - 56 - stainless steel.ipt was not extracted from the user. you are not allowed to edit this file. "

as if I had placed from a library in read-only.

Where am I wrong?

...I'm echoing myself is because even if in writing/reading remains a part of the center contained so unless you insert it as a custom, it doesn't make you edit it directly on the side (I'll open the file to understand us)
However the advantage of setting it in writing/reading is that without open files going to the editor you can, however, change all parameters etc... .

you are therefore confirming that you cannot edit these parts by opening the file.
I was looking for this possibility because I came from the inventor version r11, where the bookcases in reading/writing were created through the vault manager, and once copied the original families in these creations, the parts could be changed by opening the file and saved modified in the directory of the center contents it-it/ecc. if this is no longer possible change way to act.
