corrupt dwg file: ctr of the campania region

Hello, it has everyone, today opening my ctr of the Campania region, and loading within arcmap the sheet I needed, I noticed with high regret that the dwg was corrupt, and nothing was displayed. the attribute table is empty of all the various elements that compose the dwg from annotations to all empty polylines, not even a record! the strange thing though is that the dwg normally weighs 10mb as if there were regular information. I tried to open it with global mapper and the error is as follows:

It's 10 mega empty (I don't know why).
The dwg content is completely missing, so you can never open it.

Are you sure someone didn't make you a joke?
Can't you find the backup copy table?

You don't do anything with that file. If you want to do a test, try to compress it with rar or zip.
the 10 mega will become 4 kb.
