It is the first time I write on the forum (but there is already a discussion on this topic, possibly I apologize), I would like to know to you what is the best software aimed at evaluating the cost of implementation.

I am looking for a software more addressed to the cost than to the cam, what I would need is a program that receiving incoming a 3d of a finished detail and the 3d of the crude succeeds in automatic or with little help to generate the tool path and then to compel the product.

apart from the jokes, I fear that the quotation of the mechanical details is a much more complex matter than what you have described, a semi-automatic method can only be applied to details from the relatively simple processes, perhaps for an automatic turnout. It is true that a cam, once planned processing strategy, tool paths, finishes etc., will provide you with a precise estimate of the working time, but will not consider placings and unexpected, which for limited series can also constitute the most cost!
In short, I believe that what you ask is not true, even because otherwise it would already become the best seller of all time!!
