countertop with archicad

hello to all!!!I have archicad 12 and I would like to build a countertop, is there a way to realize it without having to download the plug-in?!? !
Please answer!! I have an exam Monday! :

or find a handy library object, or you build it. at the bottom is a simple object, you should not put much to make the profile of the support structure and the panels with simple soles
