covering entities and images without grip

Hi.

with autocad 2012 (sp1) I have the problem in question. by inserting a covering entity or an image and selecting them, the grips are not shown.

on two other posts, always with autocad 2012 (sp1) the problem does not arise. I have verified the status of all system variables that have to do with grips, and are all set with the same value.

Any ideas?

all three have the sp1 installed.

I made an extreme attempt: Uninstalled autocad 2012 and reinstalled without sp1. same problem, so sp is not responsible for malfunctioning.

Just to tell you that autodesk technical assistance, it solved my problem.
Uninstalled the sketchbook designer plugin, the grips (of the images and the covering entities) are magically reappeared.
