hello to all... my revit has been "planting suddenly" for a few days without apparent reasons. I have not installed new software or updates. I have already tried to untie revit and reinstall it. It doesn't work. then I unplugged all the suite of autodesk (autocad, showcase etc...) with the same result.
the drawings open, you can work a little and then randomly the program freezes, the mouse appears as if you were performing some "complete" operation but it does not unlock anymore ....
Does anyone have any ideas?
and soprattuo someone has the upgrade versions for the initial installation (it seems to me to remember that there were 3 exits. I putroppo only had them on a record that is unreadable... grateful to those who can give me a hand!

windows 10. automatic updates certainly ... I meant that I did not update/install other new software. do you see that the revit14.msi file is present? the last update (which I recovered on the autodesk site!) you plant me because you do not find this file ...

Unfortunately windows 10 is not an os among those declared in revit requirements 2014 (arrival up to win8...not even 8.1) so it could also be that an update of win10 has updated you/subscribe of the dlls and revit no longer works properly. Also both win8 and revit 2014 are out of date for what concerns support, so I see it hard for you to solve

I'm hurt... the only thing that comes to mind is to create a virtual machine with win7 and make it turn there? Will it be possible?

and instead I tried another thing. I opened the sample files of revit and don't plant!!!! So I'm trying to open old projects and don't plant... now for example I've opened 6 projects all together and it's great... so????????? is it just about those I still have to finish??? Does anyone have any idea how to find out what they don't like and plant it?

difficult to say, but if you have local modeling (in-place) throw away everything. dwg idem. detachs workset, eliminates variants (if there are) and try to save with a different name.
