crash visual nastran 2004

Good morning, everyone, I meet you. I am a mechanical engineering student and being very interested in design I joined this forum that I think interesting. I've been installed for a few months visual nastran 2004. ok, except in particular conditions the application crashes. I have read a similar discussion but my situation is different and I think it needs a different solution. If, for example, I draw a parallelgram and attach a hinge bond, as soon as I insert a spring-smotor bond, 80% of the time the application crashes. I don't understand what can be due, as I own two rows of visual installation nastran, one 2003 and the other 2004. with both versions the application crashes. I deduce that it is a problem of my pc, maybe conflict, but I can't understand. Can you help me? thanks in advance
