you know if there is a macro or command that allows me within a solidedge set as well as creating a copy of the part, you also copy the connected dft.

I still recommend you activate data management and fast search. the advantages that it gives in terms of maintaining the integrity of the links and speeding of the searches are widely worth the work of configuration. if you have file archive on a windows machine (local or network server) management is feasible without excessive complications. If your server is linux, it could be more complex.

Actually reading around is not as automatic as I thought. looking online someone offers solutions using native windows or additional software functions. I think I read that for example sinology has a dedicated function on its nas that allows to respond to the search of windows clients. as I told you I was talking to you to hear, fortunately I have a Windows server so everything works automatically. it would serve to do tests, the advantages of solid edge data management are so great that it is worth losing a day to see if you can solve the problem of having a nas.

Yes, they were just two examples of the functions I use most often. another for example is that when I have to put a part or add it to the axieme I don't have to navigate the folders but just type the code in the search field and then solid edge (or better to say windows) searches in a few tenths of a second throughout the data archive. interesting things are many.
