create a .rul file

Hello, everyone.
has any of you ever caught up in having to create, if possible, from a .dxf a .rul fiel?

I would have the need to import into a cutting machine cloth a file in dxf format; on youtube I saw that in the reference video you can import the dxf but it must be accompanied necessarily by the .rul file and do not know how to do?

Does anyone have experience with this?

Sorry, don't you know what file reads your car? you have to look on youtube to know how it works? unexisted use and maintenance?

the native files of the machine are in .mdl; the problem arises from importing a .dxf file that needs, for import, a .rul file.
The car is old so we don't have a booklet.
