create a sliding part from a set

Good morning.
I downloaded a 3d .step model from an external site, at the moment it is a complex and uncomfortable set.
is it possible to create a part completely incorrect from this together?
I tried to create a part, but if I cancel the axieme, it gives me problems, if it was possible somehow to create a sort of new part like an isolated unit.
I also can not see the processing of each part (e.g. extrusion; chord etc... )

must create a simplified part or contour, then stop the connection with the axieme.

new ipt file.
imports step files of the axieme that in the ipt is converted into a single multibody.
saves ipt and is only one file.
