create layer group filters

Hello.

use autocad 2004 and I have the following problem.
the file to which I work is full (centinaia!) of layers that I do not need, created by my predecessor.

I would like to put the layers I don't need in a separate group so that it can freeze while I work these layers without having to delete the content.

Does qulcuno know how it's called the command to do this?

but, once frozen one by one, what difference does it make if they are either defined in a group?...:smile:

I solved (engaging in speed) creating layers that all start in one way, for example "rin*" then you can manage them accordingly.

if the names of the layers have a prefix or suffix or of the words in common (such as roberto case), then you can simply create layer properties filters.
if you have other needs, or there are no common words in the name of your layers, then created group filters (for each group filter you can create group subfilters and property filters).
the whole is manageable directly in the panel of the "Manage ownership layer".
on the top left of the panel you will find two icons, the first for property filters and the second for group filters.
for group filters just select the layers you want and drag them into the filter you created.
