create level curves from a quoted plane

hello to all it has been for days that I look for free software that from a quoted plan you pull out the curves of level and its text with the quota but it doesn't exist just are all paid! I tried with autocad lisp ok but the text does not come next to the level curve! what do I do to buy it or do you have a solution? Thank you

you must first create the mathematical model of the soil with this free utility:
http://www.cadstudio.cz/en/apps/dtm/then for level curves you can use autosez 2 of gp.

you could try with topocal, but it's been a while since I use it and news has so many
there are 3 versions, a free, a need for registration for the code, another is trial cmq the cost is 30 dollars for all the software in case you like it.http://www.topocal.com/Civil 3d even if you install it in trial is like a tir, i.e. you transmit a pin (your level curves) to everything you can do.
