create parametric 4.0: problems with modem change

Good morning, I recently changed modem wifi from vodafone to huawei b353-046 and in conjunction with this I create parametric no more part. Has the same thing ever happened to you, too? would you give me some suggestions to find a solution?

Good morning, if you have a local license manager it may be that you do not see your mac address correctly.

If you use a floating license, it may be firewall restrictions on the ports used by the license manager (port 8080).
