how can I create a custom button that recalls a vba string? ?

I don't understand the difference between macros, rules, forms....what road is better?
I just need an additional button on the All-In-One bar to start the string, I would like to understand how it is best to do

for customization I answered your question in the other threadboth macros (vbas) and rules (ilogics) are both good choices.
if you have to share the code is more indicated an external ilogic rule, the vba macros are useful to write and test the code.
