creating blocks with custom constraints

The symbols contained in their library are strange to me, they have no constraints, so if I'm wrong in handling them I have to delete them from the project because not more recoverable.ce a way to define dimensional constraints (of the type: fixed height and customizable width) avoiding

a block is a block. It's meant to be always the same in the whole design.
There is a way to have different xy scales, forcing the scale ratio in the property panel (ctrl+1).
but in the creation of the block it can be imposed that the xyz report remains unchangeable, in which case the block has only one scale value.
If your blocks are made like this, you can only change the block and make it scalable along xyz in a different way.
but be careful: if a colleague of yours cares your design with the blocks edited in his design with original blocks, his designs will prevail, therefore your design will contain the blocks with the uniform scale factor.

Hello, I explained badly.After asking the question I discovered the dynamic blocks.
the idea and to have the work and a statue in the center to the office,considered that here they use symbols that are a little blocks,a little text, and a po polylinee.sto try with autocad to create all inclusive symbols,with grip along the whole symbol (in the lower part I need 2,one attached to the symbol,and another with negative offset of 100 to the bottom,which must be both perpendicular to I think I'm going to need a different program to create 2d parametric symbols in dwg format, what do you know about it?

we make clear:
in autocad there are standard blocks, dynamic blocks, parametric dynamic blocks, blocks with attributes and dynamic blocks with attributes (parameters and not).
there are thousands of possibilities and combinations, in theory it is more created than anything but it is necessary to control perfectly all the various aspects.
at first the best thing is to always start with simple blocks and add a function at a time by observing if each change behaves in the desired way.
