creating bridges and one whore

Good morning to all,
I am a user of pro/e wf 5.0 and I have a problem: I have a curve in space (created as intersection of two double curvature surfaces) and I would like to generate on it a number of points, say a thousand. is it possible, quickly?

for now I solved so:
- I create a datum point on the curve, setting offset 0.000 (ratio);
- I create a pattern of the datum point, size option. the size I choose is the ratio of the point, increment 1/1000, number of points 1001.

I hope someone has a better idea
